Be faithful to that which exists within yourself.

At Thrive Counseling, we implement effective psychotherapy & counseling methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not magic or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caregiver alike. But in the end, making small changes in self-defeating behavior and in feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results. Working together, this can happen for you. Our services are personalized to suit the individual’s needs, so that your tools can work for a lifetime.
We use client centric modalities that work for you. We are solution focused, and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with other modalities. At Thrive Counseling, we provide help for individuals, teens, families & couples. Everything we do is to improve YOUR quality of life and help you to THRIVE. LIKE NEVER BEFORE!

I like making my clients feel heard and validated. My belief is that no matter who you are, you have the ability to inner reflect and find your guiding light.

My wisdom is not just from books or the classroom, but from the fire of hope forged within my own life experiences. This provides a deep level of comparison and connection to my clients that are seeking a unique type of therapeutic experience.
